Shipping & Returns




Shipping and Handling

Flipside Ridehouse now ships International orders*. All in-stock items on domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped within one to two business days of the original order date via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) **. For example, if an order is placed on Friday it would be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.  International customers,  please expect a 3 to 4 day turn around to accommodate shipping quotes and export paperwork.

*Customers outside the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE placing your order.  Prices usually range between $40 and $150 depending on destination, size and weight.  Customers will also be responsible for any local sales taxes, duties and import / brokerage fees or taxes incurred.  Shipping rates shown on the website (including free shipping) are for the lower 48 U.S. states ONLY

**Extra shipping costs will also apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

***Depending on our inventory levels and or customer location, Some Envy, Fasen, Phoenix and Razor products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  This may add 2 or 3 days to the order processing times. 

Returns Policy

All sales of custom-made or modified items are final. This includes custom complete scooters and scooters with custom cut handlebars. You may return most new/unused/unistalled items (in original packaging where applicable) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you did not create an account, please contact us via the "Contact Flipside" tab on the website. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to Flipside Ridehouse.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll gladly pay the return shipping costs and make sure you receive a satisfactory product as soon as possible.
